DICE (Drug Intervention and Community Education), funded through the Reaching Out Empowering Young People programme of the Big Lottery.
DICE provides education, support and interventions for young people affected by ‘Hidden Harm'. The project also works in schools, raising awareness of the issues and encouraging potentially affected young people to seek help. The work also supports professionals to recognise and respond to ‘Hidden Harm' as early as possible.

Neighbourhood Renewal in Omagh
Alcohol and Drug awareness programmes within the 5 neighbourhood renewal areas of Omagh; Campsie; Gallows Hill, CKS, MACCA and Strathroy. We work within these communities in partnership with voluntary and statutory agencies to address the issue of substance misuse and associated problems.
Impact of Alcohol Programme funded by the Big Lottery through the Southern Health and Social Care Trust
The impact of Alcohol Detached and Outreach Youth Work Service is one of 8 services tackling alcohol misuse across the Dungannon and Armagh Districts of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This project targets and engages vulnerable, at risk young people, providing diversionary activities and learning opportunities.
GEMS (Group Education and Motivation Support) funded by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust/ Community Addiction Team.
Delivered in partnership with the Community Addiction Team, Gems is a 10 week rolling programme which explores addiction and its impact. A relapse prevention programme is offered to participants who complete the 10 week GEMS programme. Groups are held weekly in Newry and Dungannon and referrals are via the Community Addiction Team.
Building the Community Pharmacy
Delivered in partnership with local pharmacists. We offer programmes that focus on health and wellbeing. Groups include women who have had crisis intervention counselling, men in conjunction with Men's Shed and mixed gender 50+.
