Breakthru Second Chance…Last Chance Programme is a drug, alcohol and anti-social behaviour referral scheme offered as an alternative to prosecution in line with the current Department of Justice Community Resolution Scheme.

You have been offered this opportunity as an alternative to prosecution which could result in a criminal record, fine and/or community service.

The programme consists of 3 Hours and costs £40.

This course deals with alcohol, drugs and anti-social behaviour and has learning and reflective elements ensuring that those who take part are in no doubt about the seriousness of their offence and the consequences of their behaviour. The course is delivered in a non-judgemental manner but will be conducive to supporting individuals to contemplate the need for changes in attitudes and behaviour.

Breakthru is the course provider and you will be required to register and pay in advance via our website and follow the links to Second Chance…Last Chance Programme.

You must read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined prior to booking on line.

You must book and pay for your course within the ‘booking period' as detailed in the notice issued to you by the police and you must complete the course by the completion/expiry date also detailed on the form. Failure to comply will result in a Non completion and subsequent Police prosecution.

You must provide Personal Identification on the day of your course and failure to establish your identity satisfactorily will result in you being asked to leave and a resulting Non completion. Full details are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

On completion you will receive a Certificate of Completion and the PSNI will be notified.
